1. Digital access
Because the Handbook and related digital materials can be accessed immediately after successful payment, Handbook and Collector Build purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.
2. Circumstances we will review
Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, FISCHRAINE is unable to provide the access you purchased, a payment was made without your authorization, or another circumstance may require a refund or remedy under applicable law.
Send the purchaser name, email address and transaction information to hello@fischraine.com. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
3. Support & sessions
The included support period and 1:1 session are components of the Collector Build purchase and are not separately refundable merely because they are unused. If FISCHRAINE cancels an included session and cannot reasonably reschedule it during an agreed period, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy.
4. Rights that cannot be waived
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, chargeback protection, warranty, cancellation right or other consumer remedy that applicable law requires to remain available. If this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, that legal right controls.
