1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to FISCHRAINE websites, Studio, Collector Build, Handbook access and related customer support. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, email address, account/access information, messages, support conversations, screenshots or files you choose to upload, session scheduling information, project information and transaction-related records.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. FISCHRAINE may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, billing-related details and limited payment-method information, but does not intend to store your complete card number.

Technical information

When you use the site, hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, pages requested, referring information, cookies or similar technical data needed for operation, security and performance.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and authenticate Collector Build and Handbook access.
  • Process and document purchases and customer support.
  • Schedule and provide included sessions.
  • Respond to messages and troubleshoot problems.
  • Protect accounts, prevent fraud and maintain site security.
  • Maintain records, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve FISCHRAINE products and user experience using appropriately limited information.

4. When information is shared

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate FISCHRAINE, such as hosting, database, email, payment, security and communications providers, only as reasonably needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

FISCHRAINE does not state that it sells personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional legal rights, this policy and required controls will be updated.

5. Cookies, tracking & browser signals

The site may use essential storage, cookies or similar technologies for login, security, preferences and service functionality. Third-party services integrated into the site may process technical information under their own policies.

Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry, FISCHRAINE does not currently promise a specific response to legacy Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, FISCHRAINE will honor it when the relevant legal requirements apply to our processing.

6. Retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing purchased access, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your FISCHRAINE account, request correction of inaccurate account information, or request deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, security, legal obligations or other permitted purposes.

8. California privacy disclosures

California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires operators of commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to conspicuously post a privacy policy. This page is intended to provide transparent notice of FISCHRAINE's practices.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, applies only when statutory criteria are met. If FISCHRAINE becomes subject to additional CCPA obligations, we will provide the notices, request methods and opt-out mechanisms required at that time. We will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising a privacy right that applies to them.

9. Children

Collector Build is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the purchase flow. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy as services, vendors or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be shown at the top. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
