01How much does a project cost?
Digital Experience / Website projects start at $2,500. Operating Layer / Command projects start at $4,000. Connected Platforms start at $7,500. Care & Evolution starts at $149/month.
The final investment is based on scope, integrations, content, complexity and timeline. You receive a defined proposal before work begins.
02How long does a project take?
It depends on the engagement. A focused digital experience can often move from discovery to launch in several weeks. Connected systems, portals and larger platforms require a longer phased build.
We establish a realistic schedule around scope, dependencies and your feedback cadence before the project starts.
03Do you only build websites?
No. The public website can be one part of the system. FISCHRAINE / STUDIO also builds Command Centers, CRM workflows, proposals, contracts, payments, onboarding, client portals, automation, analytics and connected business systems.
04Can you improve an existing website or system?
Yes. We can assess what already exists and improve the current foundation when that makes sense. If the existing structure is creating limitations, we may recommend rebuilding only the parts that need to change.
05What platforms do you work with?
Technology is selected around the project rather than forcing every business into the same template. The goal is the right combination of front-end experience, data, integrations and operational tools for how the business actually works.
06Do I own the finished website or system?
Yes. Project-specific deliverables are handed over according to the agreement once the project is completed and paid. Third-party platforms, subscriptions, licenses and services remain subject to their own terms.
07What happens after launch?
You can operate the completed system independently, or continue with Care & Evolution for ongoing improvements, maintenance and expansion. Ongoing support currently starts at $149/month.
08How do payments work?
For projects under $7,500, the standard structure is 50% to begin and 50% before launch or handoff. Projects at $7,500 and above typically use 40% to begin, 30% at the approved build milestone and 30% before launch or handoff.
09Can you work with clients outside California?
Yes. FISCHRAINE / STUDIO can work remotely with clients across the United States and internationally. The project process is designed to work through structured communication, reviews and approvals.
